The first webinar in the series will provide an introduction to international arbitration in the U.S. and more broadly in the Americas. During the first part of the webinar, a panel of international arbitration specialists will provide an overview of the U.S. legal system and the legal framework for international arbitration in the U.S. and the Americas.
